4th & Washington Parking Patrons,
Please be advised:
On Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 and Sunday, October 4th, 2015 maintenance work in the 4th & Washington Parking Structure will greatly reduce the number of parking spaces available to hourly parkers. The contractor will be seal coating the ramps between the parking levels. As a result, the upper levels must be closed off to all traffic. Therefore, parking will be limited to the ground floor and basement levels only. Please note the ground level is handicap parking only!
Work is scheduled to begin in the early morning hours of Saturday the 3rd. Please be warned, once the seal coating process begins, any vehicles parked above the 1st level will not be able to exit until Sunday evening. Monthly parkers not using their vehicles over the weekend are asked to leave their automobiles parked on the ground floor or basement levels.
The second phase of the seal coating process will require a similar closure on the weekend of October 24th-25th, 2015. We will provide details as they become available.
We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we complete this necessary maintenance project. Our goal is take care of the little things along the way so they don’t become big things.
Alternate hourly parking will be available nearby at the 4th & William Parking Structure (115 E William) and at the Ann Ashley Parking Structure (220 N Ashley).
